Eating a nourishing diet provides the foundation of a healthy lifestyle because clean and healthy foods provide the essential vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that our bodies need, and boosts our overall well-being (holistic). Women should aim for at least 30 minutes of aerobic and/strength training exercises 3-4 days per week.
