Requirements:

 

• Original International Passport or photocopy of data page if original is with the Canadian Immigration Authorities
• Medical bio data form from the Embassy or upfront medical form to be generated by us.
• Eyeglasses/contact lenses, hearing aids, specialist report, medications (If applicable)
• Evidence of payment for all transactions

 

Duration of The Screening: All tests are concluded in a day except those that require additional investigations

 

Medical Report: The report will be uploaded on eMedical within 5 – 10 working days

 

Passport photograph: No longer required. A digital passport photo will be captured at the clinic.

15 & ABOVE	Detailed Medical History, Full Physical Examination, Urinalysis, Chest X-Ray, HIV, Syphilis, Serum Creatinine

 

Time: The registration for the screening starts at 8am and ends by 11am. Monday to Saturday.
