Requirements:

 

• Original International Passport
• You can eat and take your medications
• ATM Card (for payment)
• Evidence of payment for all transactions

 

Duration of The Screening: All tests are concluded in a day except those that require additional investigations

 

Medical Report: The report will be ready for collection after 48 working hours

 

Passport photograph: A digital passport photo will be captured at the clinic.

 

Tests Required Include:

 

AGE RANGE	COMPONENTS
0 - 10 Years	Detailed Medical History, Full Physical Exam
11 years and above	Detailed Medical History, Full Physical exam, Chest X-Ray

 

Time: The registration for the screening starts at 8am and ends by 11am. Monday to Friday.

• If you will not be able to keep your appointment, kindly notify us via email(ukmedicals@qlifefamilyclinic.com) 5-working days prior to the date. You will be rescheduled based on availability of screening slots. 
• The screening takes 4 – 5 hours
